2. Commission Fees:

• Kikapo charges a commission of 10% on each successful sale made through the platform. Additionally, a transaction fee of 6.25% is applied to cover payment processing costs. These fees are calculated based on the total transaction value, including shipping costs.

3. Secure Payment Processing:

• Rest assured, all payments on Kikapo are processed on our secure, SSL-encrypted platform. We prioritize the security of your financial transactions. Our dedicated security specialists and fraud detection systems operate 24/7 to protect both you and your buyers.

4. Payment Payouts:

• Payouts to sellers are processed on a regular basis. Please note that it may take a few business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your chosen payout method.

5. Product Listing Guidelines:

• Ensure that your product listings comply with our guidelines and policies. Provide accurate and detailed information about your products, including high-quality images, prices, and shipping details.

6. Customer Communication:

• Sellers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of the products or services they list on Kikapo. Any discrepancies or issues should be promptly communicated to the buyer and resolved in a professional manner.

8. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

• Sellers must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to product safety standards, intellectual property rights, and tax obligations.

9. Termination of Membership:

• Kikapo reserves the right to terminate the membership of sellers who violate our policies or engage in fraudulent activities. Sellers are responsible for maintaining the integrity of their account and adhering to Kikapo's standards.
